Piano lesson was fun today and I really enjoyed it. During the lesson, Miss Ooi noticed that I was not on the beat and sometime rushing my beat. This not the first time already, even my CO instructor also says the same thing. I think I will need to learn to count the beats from now.

I now officially announced that I will be taking my Piano Grade 1 Examination next year on March. Miss Ooi has played quite a few songs to let me pick to learn that I will be playing the songs during the examination. I now realise the grade 1 songs actually have some difficult in them and I'm sure that I will need a lot of hard work and practice. In the end, Miss Ooi has chosen this three songs for the piano exam.

The Piano examination songs:
a) William Duncombe - Gavot: from First Book of Progressive Lesson
b) Thomas Dunhill (1877-1946) - A Song of Erin: No. 8 from First Year Pieces
c) John Rowcroft - African Dance
* These songs that I will be learning is a bit challenging but all I need is practice. But most of all, the pieces is nice.

During 11 plus, Gong Kai (pig nose) cousin called and informed us that grandma has been admitted into the hospital as she has a fracture spine. This is her second time admitted to the hospital, the first time she admitted was last year as she has blood poisoning. The thing that shocks me is that grandma is in the hospital for three days and three days later then my family is informed about grandma admission to the hospital. I really can't believe it, why do they need three days to inform us. My uncle is living with my grandma and he can't just phone us about it.

Lao ma called lao ba to ask grandma condition and what we only know is that she had a fracture on her third spine and she is lying in the hospital for three days in PAIN!!!! I'm so worry about grandma condition. Grandma is already very old, if I'm not wrong is already 86 this year. I really don't want to see anything thing happening to her again.
Touch wood!!!

Please get well soon grandma!!!!!
