Haha... I made a mistake on Hui Ping's age.... She not 19 this year but she will be next year.

I went for Chinese Orchestra training today and found out that one of the freshman wanted to quit the club. I was shocked about the news, I really don't expect her having the idea of quitting the club as she looks happy during training session.

I really do not know what to do as is part of job to keep the members in the club but the members start to either leave or not coming for practice one by one. Well, her reason is very simple which is that she can't adapt the environment in the club as it is very different from her secondary school.

Yup, I agree to what she said. The club does not have many members and is not really organise. The club has only one instructor to guide the whole Orchestra members. Well, basically in this club, the members has to take the initiative to learn by itself as there is only one instructor in the club to guide the members and there are so many different instrument.

I really don't understand some people wants to quit the club just because that the club is not up to their standard when they are in secondary school!!!! Why????
