I have a mission today which is to bake Oreo Cheesecake. I have thinking of baking this particular cheesecake for months. Why? This is because that the first time I bake Oreo Cheesecake, it was disaster. I over baked the cake and the main thing is that the cake taste awful. Now this time, I am quite confident to bake this cake again, since I have correct recipes and instruction given by me science facilitator, Mr. Andy. His Oreo Cheesecake is super delicious and everyone in the class “wipes out” the whole box of Oreo Cheesecake that he made.
Finally I have gotten all the ingredients to bake the cake. It took me months to find the cream cheese as most of the supermarket’s cream cheese is out of stock. This time I am determine to succeed. During the baking process of the cheesecake, I stood by the microwave all time. I am afraid that I will over bake the cake once again.
Finally, I was so delighted with the appearance of the Oreo Cheesecake, since it is not over bake; I assume that the taste and the quality of the cheesecake is marvelous similar as Mr. Andy cheesecake.
The Oreo Cheesecake taste a bit weird in the beginning, so I decide to put the cheesecake in the fridge hopping that it will taste better. My 2 younger brothers, dad and mum taste the cake and the result is quite disappointing. My 2 younger brothers’ think that my cake taste weird and complained the whole day. I started to feel that bad and a bit piss off; I was thinking that if they were so smart, why they don’t bake one to. My dad and mum have not much opinion about the taste.

Since I am the one who baked the cake, I will definitely think that the Oreo Cheesecake taste delicious. Well, that is true. I think is much better than the previous cheesecake that I baked, which is totally true.
I have no choice but try again, but this time my younger brothers think that I should bake others and not continuing the Oreo Cheesecake once again. But I am determined to try again, hoping that one day I will figure the skills to make the best and delicious Oreo Cheesecake.
